But other suspension components degrade and wear with pot-hole-ridden roads and high mileage, particularly the over-worked foam upper rear shock mounting bushes, that can break up resulting in reduced damping efficiency and unpleasant knocks and rattles as the damper touches the vehicle body.

PFR25-1430 Rear Shock Absorber Top Mounting Bush is made from our Yellow 70A Durometer material for improved durability and performance, making for a fit-and-forget solution to solve that rear-end knock.
PFR25-1430P Rear Shock Absorber Top Mounting Bush – Fast Road/Track is made from our Purple 80A material, providing a 250% increase in stiffness over OE without restricting angular change of the damper shaft for an even sharper response on more extensively tuned vehicles.
